Hazmat Day is June 11, 2022 from 8 to 1pm at Bluffton Middle School.
Acceptable Household Items:
Paints, flammable liquids, old gasoline, kerosene, pesticides, herbicides, motor oil, antifreeze, cleaners, aerosols, corrosive liquids/acids, mercury, fluorescent lamp and PCB ballasts, auto & household batteries.
Pharmaceuticals:
Prescription drugs (in original labeled prescription container), sharps/needles (all sharps must be in sealed containers such as a milk jug or original packaging container).
Appliances:
Refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, dehumidifiers, stoves, washers, dryers, water heaters, dishwashers, microwaves.
Electronics:
Monitors, CPU, keyboards, printers, fax machines, VCR/DVD, cell phones, cables.
